Service Fees
Citizens Bank offers a wide variety of services to help you make the most of your account. Some services incur additional fees. The following is a list of fees associated with some of these services.

Overdraft Fees
A fee will be imposed for overdrafts created by checks, in-person withdrawals, ATM withdrawals, or by other electronic means, as applicable.
| NSF/Return *This fee applies to all accounts. This fee occurs anytime an item causing an overdraft is returned. Be aware that any item returned may be presented multiple times and that we do not monitor or control the number of times a transaction is presented for payment. You agree that we may charge you an NSF fee each time a payment is presented if the amount of money available in your account is not sufficient to cover the payment, regardless of the number of times the payment is presented. |

Dormant Account Fees
| Checking Accounts If you have made no deposits or withdrawals to the account for 365 days and your account balance is $500.00 or less, then your account will be assessed a Dormant Account Charge. |

| Savings Accounts If you have made no deposits or withdrawals to the account for 3 years and your account balance is $500.00 or less, then your account will be assessed a Dormant Account Charge. |
