Here’s how it works:

• All items mobile deposited must be endorsed as follows:
  For Mobile Deposit Only
  Citizens Bank
  Their Signature
• Open the Citizens Bank mobile app and select the mobile deposit feature.
• Snap photos of the front and back of the check.
• Submit your deposit.

Disclosure: All deposits must be received by 3:00 p.m. EST for posting to the account that night.  Mobile deposit is not immediate credit to the customer’s account.  For example, if a customer deposits a check via mobile deposit on Friday after 3:00 p.m. or over the weekend, these will not be seen in the account until the posting of CSI transactions on Monday evening.  If that Monday is also a holiday, the transaction will not post to the account until Tuesday evening.  There is nothing we can do to shorten this time; it is a system default.
